i want to find the perfetct dress for my spring formal! do you have any suggestions, around $100.

i have blonde hair, blue eyes, and light skin tone.

im 15 btw.

i recommend looking at jcpenney. you can get dresses there for between about $50 and $150. if you're blond, i think you should get something in a lighter color, such as white. but a nice dark purple could go with your light skin tone.

try dillards they always have cute n classy formal dresses on clearance...some dresses you can evn find for $20-30 with an original price of $200....i always get my dresses there and they look great! good luck!

there are some gorgeous dresses in sears and the prices are unbelievable, they are having a sale, and also check out walmart and jc penny for dresses.don't forget to accessorise well with your dress to add glamour to your look.
