Winter Formal: I need Help Finding a Dress?

Hello everyone! I am a freshman in high school this year. My winter formal is coming up soon, and i haven't got a clue what to wear. I have dark hair and eyes, and light skin w/freckles. I need help picking a style and color of dress. Also, how should i do my makeup? What shoes do I wear? I want everything to be perfect. Thanks for the help!

For makeup, you should probably do light pinks, pale reds, and soft olive greens. Wear a little bit of mascara...but, not too much.

Check out some heels from WetSeal or some ballet flats from a shoe store...

it sounds like red would be a great color for you. I have the same look except i have olive skin. I usually look pretty good in orange so i think red sounds perfect for you!
