I was wondering about some cute hair ideas for my school's formal dance.?

This is a really big dance and I want to look to impress. So if anyone has some cute up-do ideas, I would really apreciate it. I was thinking I might want half of it up.

I was wondering about some cute hair ideas for my school's formal dance.?

For my senior prom, I had my hair half up half down and it looked really pretty. The front of my head had all twists, and the back of my hair was all curly, and a few pieces were pinned so that my hair was half up. Here's a picture of the back of my hair so that you know what I mean by pieces were pinned up:
