I would say blow dry your hair so that is has a smooth and sleek texture and a little straight.

take your "bangs" and the hair that lines the front of your forehead or "crown" and pin them back with bobby pins.

**(you could also find some cute blue ones to go with your dress and shoes!)

Next take the rest of your hair, including the bobby pinned section and tie it up into a high pony tail.

Now grab the bobby pin and pull it up and towards the front, creating a volume at the top.

**You can curl random sections in your ponytail for a sort of cascading waterfall effect.
