How can I wear my hair?

I am going away on a short vacation at the end of this week. One of the occasions will be semi-formal and I want to wear my hair nice, but I don't know how.

I have layers, the shortest layer barely goes into a low ponytail and the longest layer is the teeniest bit longer than my shoulders. It looks kinda like this:

I want something quick, and not so hard that I have to practice for hours to get it right.
